Purpose of data collection
User personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

The username and password that gives access to the registry are changed 4 times a year.
Each employee or partner has their own personal IDs and passwords. The Company grants access on a need basis, reviews the license quarterly and terminates the license within 24 hours of employee termination or termination of the affiliate agreement. Inspection and rectification (Section 26 of the Personal Data Act)

The request for verification must state that the request is for registry information in the Asistencia customer register. If the information contains errors, the user may request the registry liaison officer to correct the error. The request for rectification must be made in writing. The request must justify and specify exactly what information must be corrected, what the user thinks is the correct information, and how the request is made.
The company does not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by the user. You may modify, complete, and delete your information through the links at the end of each weekly newsletter or by logging in to the service. Information about the use of the service is not available to users.
Despite the best efforts, none of the Internet’s data transmission methods or electronic storage is completely secure. The company cannot guarantee complete security.
