small cabbage
300 grams

bell peppers

onion

cans of tomatoes
together 800 grams.

teaspoon
black pepper

cayenne pepper

ginger
dried or fresh

cumin

teaspoon
turmeric

bay leaves.
Instructions
Cut up all your veggies. Make them about the same size. Carrots can be a bit smaller since they cook the longest.
Heat your pan, saute the onion, garlic, vegetable bouillon cube, and herbs in some water.
Add in the rest of the ingredients.
Add water, so the veggies are covered
Cook for 20-30 minutes until they are soft.
Notes
For this amount of vegetables, you need a 5-6 quart saucepan.
