Ingredients
  

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 4 tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon thyme rosemary, oregano, basil, dried garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 F, 225 C.
  • Cut your veggies into the same size pieces.
  • Place your veggies in an oven pan. You can have some olive oil on the pan so the veggies won't stick, or place them on parchment paper.
  • Roast for 30 minutes.
