- 1 large zucchini
- 2 bell peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- ½ teaspoon thyme rosemary, oregano, basil, dried garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and chili flakes
Preheat your oven to 400 F, 225 C.
Cut your veggies into the same size pieces.
Place your veggies in an oven pan. You can have some olive oil on the pan so the veggies won't stick, or place them on parchment paper.
Roast for 30 minutes.
